Making better Decisions – Unconscious Bias in (academic) recruitment processes

You are here:

Workshops for scientists, clinicians, care workers, people working in science management and more

Registration

Unconscious bias trainings are a comparatively new method to make unconscious decision-making processes visible and to reflect adequately on them. This e-training addresses unconscious cognitive biases and other unconscious thinking patterns - such as prejudices and stereotypes - and their causes and aims to enable participants to recognize existing thought patterns and to counteract those patterns if necessary. Two experienced trainers from EAF Berlin, Diversity in Leadership, conduct the workshops.

Content: Each workshop consists of three parts: information, reflection and discussion.

Format: All events will take place online until further notice.
